Hey there, thanks for stopping by.

 I've worn a few hats over the years from working in the woods in fisheries and wildlife, to fighting fire, ranching and construction. Just in the last few years the Lord has laid it on my heart to share some of these experiences with you. Most of these short stories involve hunting, fishing, and living in the back country of Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Using the universal language of humor and a good dose of hard knocks, these stories will bless you with a good laugh and have you sitting on the edge of your seat or tearing up the next. There's also a learning lesson after each story you might be able to relate to. 

I recently retired and am now painting and writing more. I just released my first children's book called the "Keeper of the Gate" and also selling prints from the illustrations in that book.
